Did not receive mail with code for early acces

Hello, i pre-ordered the collection edition on 2-8-2013. It showed me this:

Allowing access to the game servers ahead of the official launch, get your head start and make your mark in the realm of Eorzea.

Now, i never received an email with a code for early acces and can't login to the game now. I played a little in the beta last week, but no acces for me now. Any solutions?

Sorry, i don't quite understand what you mean. Are you saying that besides pre-ordereing the CE i also need to buy early acces? Because the mail i did receive states that i have the rights to that already, but i never got the code to actually redeem the early acces.

Where did you buy the game? If you gotten it from Square-Enix store directly your order confirmation email will have a pre-order key which you have to enter here http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us to get your early access key. If you gotten it from another digital distributor you have to get the pre-order bonus key off them and use it at the address I gave you.

I bought it from the Square Store, but it doesnt have the code in it. It shows this:

You don’t need to do anything now. We’ll email you again near the time that the Early Access starts with the next steps.

You order should have had something like this

If you did not get that code you should email digitalriver.com and ask them about the pre-order key, since they are the ones handleing the Square-Enix store. Also, I think I read somewhere that the pre-order keys were limited, but I am not sure about this.

Yea, same thing is happening to me, fully paid for collecotrs edition and pre-ordered it and still havent gotten the email with the code, and it was not given when you first pre-order the game too.
