(PS3 Pre-Order) No valid or active account to play FF14

So I pre-ordered the game, got the code and after many attempts, I finally passed the error 3 and stuff. The game got registered on my square enix account and I thought everything would just work today for the early access. But no...

I updated the client and whenever I try to log in, I get the following message: No valid or active account to play FF14. If i check my square enix account, the game is still registed there (since 21st August).

Has anyone got this problem and found a workaround?

As far as I'm aware, the below issue only applies to people that purchased the digital collector's edition from PSN. However, your, "No valid or active account..." might qualify you for this.

I purchased the physical edition from Amazon and I'm "EU". But thanks anyway!

I have the same problem I bought the 80 dollar CE from SE on Jun 15th and I am having the exact same thing. No valid or active account and the 12 digit code they gave me does not work on psn, and I have had a ticket in since the 21st and they still have not gotten back to me, next earliest time is Monday. BYE time I took off of work, BYE BYE Early Access.

Well, my 12 digit code actually worked, but still getting the error now when i log in, as if it didnt register :/

When I log on it says no valid or active account, but I was in the beta. This is upsetting

I am getting the same thing on mine an dI was part of Phase 3 and Phase 4 BETA, everything worked fine then...

I have been trying to contact someone about the issue but even the Playstation support line doesn't go through

Had same problem went and got code from preorder na register then entered it in psn no longer says no active service
