    "No valid or active service account..." Error for Legacy PC account

    I've been trying to log in and update the client today, but I'm getting the infamous "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn." error.

    It appears that my Square Enix account doesn't have the Legacy designation on the FFXIV service account. Thing is, I am Legacy, I have all of the Legacy perks, but I don't have it marked on my account that I am.

    I was in the Online Chat queue for 90 minutes before it cancelled with 12 people ahead of me in the queue. What gives?

    EDIT: Just to be clear, my account has been active since day 1 of 1.0 with no cancellations at all. My service history for FFXIV is simply:
