NA PS3 Players with Collectors Edition Pre-Orders in PSN

Hi, I made this thread for people like me who are encountering the following:

1. Pre-ordered a Digital Collectors Edition of FF14:ARR between Aug 13-15 on PSN.
2. Did not receive any msg in XMB.


It seems that only the people with standard edition pre orders are getting the XMB message and well, they're lucky bastards.

We're very sorry that there is a delay, and that some users have not yet received their XrossMediaBar message with the replacement voucher code. Delivery of your replacement code will be done via the XMB and through PSN. Rest assured that Square Enix and Sony are aware of the issue along with the impacted customers and are working to deliver your voucher.

If you have questions or technical issues regarding accessing the PlayStation Network or the XMB message please contact Sony support.

I'm very sorry, everyone. I know you would like an ETA for this, but I'm afraid I do not have one for you. I apologize, but only Sony knows for sure when these messages will be sent out as they are the ones that deliver them.

Unfortunately, we have no way to check when these will be sent to the affected users.

But im still keeping this alive. Letting SqEx know we haven't been able to play and are still locked out.

Yeah this is utter BS yet again, I'm still amped for this game but for all the damn issues that have come up i'm really getting tired. Even my friends who i invited to get this game are on right now, i'm my FC's leader so this is really a drawback on our progress.

Went to bed... woke up all excited to this news... checked my XMB... still no message. Still can't log in to the game as it's asking me for a code. Still can't do anything with PSN store cause it says I already own a copy of the game. Going back to bed. Maybe this will be fixed when I wake up~
