Would of been nice if they managed the capacity architecture in a more reasonable manner. E.G forcing a 30min - hour wait on character creation so only those adamant on being on a specific server would wait. Anything to allay the feeling your banging your head on a brick wall or playing pot luck with list refresh like many of us have since phase 4.

Kinda like a queue of sorts? would be nice, instead of going through character creation to find out the server you want was full and blocked from the get go
