    Same issue here.

    Time: Phase 4 to Now
    Frequency: Every darn time (After all we have the Inn book thing to prove it over and over again
    World name: Hyperion

    Monster name:
    Class/Level: Gladiator 36 / Arcanist 1
    Party or solo: Solo
    In-game time: Cutscene time
    Area and coordinates: Ul'Dah / Limsa
    Steps:
    1. Log in
    2. Recustomize (Only the one time)
    3. Play... No fancy cutscene just the ARR common cutscene that I have scene since Phase... 2? (Can't remember if they had cutscenes in Phase 1... oO)


    (I'd post the rest but its long and troublesome, and seemingly unimportant to a single one time occurrence series of Cutscenes.)
