Of course, SE does not have any section for billing / ordering support questions. So I guess here is the best section to post, unless you can think of a better area?

Q: What is the exact last date / time to cancel the pre-order?

If I can't log on and play during this pre-order phase, may as well cancel and wait until SE fixes all the bugs before buying the game. Such a terrible shame SE could've saved a lot of customers by hiring just a few interns / overseas staff to answer these forums to keep people happy, even if it's to spam "we're working on it" comments. Would not even consider cancelling my pre-order and subscription if I am confident I had support to help me if I run into issues. But it seems to me nobody is being helped at all by anyone from SE.
