    My bug was quite different, i was stuck on a loading screen after clicking on play.

    try to rename C:\Users\<current user>\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\ folder to an other name and restart the game, so you get a clean and fresh config, if it bugs again you may need to reinstall.

    Still not responding. Appreciate the help though. Il start reinstalling now. Getting up at 5am for this was not worth it.
