    First off, let me start by saying (and I know I'm not alone on this) that I purchased a Final Fantasy XIV Collector's Edition many years ago for Version 1.0

    I paid for the largest monthly bundle of crysta when the game came out, which I think was 6 months worth of activation.

    I did not receive any Legacy bonuses or title, nor was I granted early access. I try to put in my CD key, and it says its already taken (of course, because I registered it for Ver 1.0

    At least 8 hours ago, I submitted a ticket, and still no response (I'm guessing I'm not alone here).

    Now that early access is available, I of course cant play. So I need the phone number for Customer Support so I can yell at them to fix this problem because I am a very angry customer as of now. I am so disgruntled as of now, that I'm about to tell my whole linkshell from FFXI and FFXIV to quit the game, and boycott FFXIV ver 2.0 if this does not get addressed.

    You aren't considered Legacy. Legacy was people who payed between Jan-Oct 2012. I did the exact same thing when I bought the game. To get early access I preordered a PS3 CE so that I could use the Early Access Code for my PS3 version on my PC 1.0 account. What instead has happened is that I have 2 accounts, one with early access (just not the one with my character on it). So now I am stuck unable to play until SE resolves the issue :/

    you know they planned a closed CS for the pre-launch, they don't want to be flooded with calls the next day, they are hoping that all the problems are fixed on the 27th

    Best you can do is try to open a ticket via their online support desk: http://support.na.square-enix.com/co...p?id=5382&la=1 ; not like US/EU should expect any actual support given how open beta went.

    Thank you so much for the number!

    I am going to yell the heck out of who ever answers the phone, because I am one pissed off customer. I'm sure we are not the only ones with this problem. SE better fix this, because if they do not, they are loosing out on a Fan boy, because up until now, I have purchased every single Collector's Edition they have of every game they make. I didn't even tell anyone how un-happy I was with Version 1.0
