Error 3 Randomly Turned into Error 1 (Back to Error 3 again)

I'm locked out of early access because of this terrible preorder system. My code gives error 3 every time I try to redeem it. Randomly, it just gave error 1 and said something was wrong with the code. I paid good money for this game. This is an outrage.

I have been trying my code for DAYS. I spent 3 hours last night, 2 hours the night before, and of course, this morning since 5am. I have been fairly patient (and have followed the on screen advice of trying again about 100 times a night).

PS I checked the spelling, the code looked exactly like it did on my receipt. After I tried the code again (without changing anything) the server is spitting back error 3 again.

Is there an ETA on early access? Right now, there is NO early access. I preordered for early access and Square is failing to deliver. This is a TERRIBLE first impression to a new subscriber.

The US/EU experience in open beta left it quite obvious we won't receive much support and that they are completely unprepared for a US/EU launch. It may be a while before you get a reply on the forums, especially from any official source. This is a terrible launch. I thought Realm Reborn was supposed to fix things and make people happy? I have participated in betas, early access periods, and launches of nearly every "AAA" MMO since 2004. This is quickly becoming the worst since I can't even download the game or register the code I paid for. Customer service that is email only? Horrible.
