3 servers already locked down less than 45 minutes after launch? WTF?

Only took me about 40 minutes to even get the character screen to load....then when I go to create new character on Leviathan server with friends... Moogle (EU), Leviathan (NA), and Gilgamesh (NA) are already locked by 5:45AM Eastern?

Was bad enough this crap happened during Beta4 with the limited number of players....but now that we are live, they should have a high enough cap to prevent this kind of crap.

Perhaps we need to all get a free one time use transfer voucher when they activate the world transfer service?

And now Behemoth (NA) is down when I refreshed at 5:58PM Eastern. Guess we have no choice but continue on with characters from Beta and hope we can find or friends next month... sucks we'll have to pay to do what was implied we would be able to do for free during creation--join the proper server with our friends.

You're lucky! I still have yet to even SEE a US/EU server list. Our RC server has 50 pissed off folks who can't even see the servers. Be glad you got in!

It's now an hour and 30 minutes after the start of Early Access and 7 worlds are currently locked including the one " unofficial Oceanic " server. This really isn't good enough for Early access given they must have known these worlds would have high demand after the shambles that open Beta was for character creation.

I know myself I pre-ordered solely so I could play during Early Access and now I can't even create a character on the realm I want to play on - the unofficial Oceanic one.

Also why are you locked from creating a character on a world that you already have one on?

This makes no sense to me. I want to remake my character but can't because of the server I am on with all my friends is locked.
