Error 10102.

Received error 3102, after you fixed this error in beta I didn't have a chance to log in and get my character out of Tam-Tara Deepcroft. Now I am getting 10102. Can we please get an official reply that this is an issue and that you are working to address? I have had a support ticket open for 2 hours with no update

I do not expect this to be fixed today, or even this weekend giving the track record might as well just give up on the head start to ease the congestion of the servers lol
