I'll be surprised to see any response to this till Monday honestly given their current track record for support. I'm in a position now where I am just gonna delete the character that is stuck and start over since the time I spent waiting could be spent getting the character back where it was before this bullshit began. I guess it's lucky I didn't invest too much time in it, but I have now canceled my preorder. It will take a great deal for me to buy this game now given the lack of any response or monitoring of this forum by SE employees.
