    correct, the game one way or another generating multiple service accounts for people and throwing their characters on some while only allowing them to login on others to empty servers. quite frustrating

    I am in the same boat. Two services show up.
    Select #1 and it says "This service account cannot be used in the current environment."
    Select #2 and I get character creation screen without my existing character.
