Why do I have 2 service accounts to choose from and neither has my beta 4 character!

When I select Start from the main menu options it asks me to choose one of two service accounts Ido not recall making a second separate account seeing as I only pre-ordered one copy. I then login to the first one to get this message "THis service account cannot be used in the current environment. USe of an account on multiple platforms requires proper registration for each platform." error code 3108

Which is strange considering I have only used the Ps3 at my home have not played this
game anywhere but here. So how do I fix this issues and where is my character?
When i select the second account it logs in but with zero characters and I have the option only to make anew one. So I am confused about why I would have two accounts in the first place and why the one that is functional doesnt have any of my beta 4 characters?

Same problem. I have two accounts (not sure why) one has my Legacy character which I can play, and the other one is my new character that I am starting fresh on. I can play the legacy one but not the new one. What the hell?
