Apparently the first account with my character data "cannot be used in current environment" the second account has no character data and loads up the NA/EU worlds no problem.
I am in the same boat. Two services show up.
Select #1 and it says "This service account cannot be used in the current environment."
Select #2 and I get character creation screen without my existing character.
This is happening to everyone that made the second service account on ps3? I cant play right now but I did that. However when I go to account management in their website it shows my character

and servers are tightening up as we speak so within the next 2-3 hours I reckon we wont be even able to roll new characters because its counting the current ones we have against us as part of the population anyway. this issue needs to be addressed
Did everyone made their character on the second service account on phase 4?
yeah this is pretty garbage...i got 3102ed pretty early on in phase 4 and now this.....not thrilled. hopefully it gets fixed soon...not holding my breath
no i think all characters were made in P4 were linked to the first one. the issue came with the screen where it said
"OPTION : character name

i think players instinctly clicked "create new service" just because i guess it seemed like the correct decision. however other players did not opt for this yet still get a new service account with no characters on it.
I also am theorizing that SE automatically generates a new service account for you because Service 1 was just for beta (this was confirmed to me from an actual SE employee i called 2 days ago) the guy ALSO confirmed that my character was in fact on Service 2. This however is not the case, I log into empty servers and frustration. It'd be 1 thing if I didn't call and I just rolled the dice banking I was correct.
BUT I did call, waited for almost 3 hours to speak to someone, get confirmation then on Early Access I find it all to simply not be true. This isn't what my $87.97 should be yielding. I understand day 1 MMOs ok congestion, log in issues, server kicks. Understandable and predictable.
However when I dump a substantial amount of hours (for the time allotted last weekend) and nearly 90 dollars via Amazon for the product. I do expect some sort of response or something.
