Yea, my e-mail about the two service accounts has been sitting unanswered since P4 beta. 48hrs my ass.
This is extremely butt! I did not wake up at 5AM to troubleshoot! What a waste!
anybody find a fix for this yet? or are we just screwed out of early access because of a broken service account system?

im in the same boat. used service account 2 for phase 4 and now I am getting the same damn error message. It looks as though I could start a new character on account 1 but I'd rather have my character from phase 4 on service account 2.
this is soooo ridiculous, i drank bunches of caffine to get ready to play but i'm receiving this stupid service account. I JUST PAID 40$! THIS IS A SERIOUS DEAL
yeah im not grinding out another 40 something hours if i dont have to, seems like a waste of time honestly
how did everyone with this issue pre order? I pre ordered CE through PSN. Never got an early access code but they said you wouldnt and that the beta client would just update and you would be good to go...
