    Major connectivitiy issues for NA region? (again?)

    Had trouble getting into just the launcher...for a while was getting an error for the frontier server:

    A system error has occurred: -2146697208.

    Appeared to be a congestion issue...eventually managed to get in after about a dozen tries, but then after hitting the Play button I started getting getting a 2002 error from the lobby server and it crashed to desktop.

    Just an aside....can we get a work around for that? Why can't we get bounced back to the launcher? Even does it when you leave the game.

    Now that I'm in the title screen, I can't load character or get to the NA/EU server list. Gives an error about being "Unable to update the group NA/EU character list", and the world list is only showing JP region servers--NA/EU side is completely empty and just says "Obtaining the World List...".
