No Voice Acting

This is a carryover from Phase 4 Beta. I am unable to hear any voice acting. While I cannot enter the game yet voice acting is not on the opening movie. Am I missing something in the set up? System config is:

CPU: Intel Core I7 3770K 3.5 GHz Quad Core 8MB 77W
Ram: 2X DDR3-1600 8GB
GPU: Asus Geforce GTZ-670 2GB DirectCU II
HHD: Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB SATA 6Gb/s
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OEM SP1
Sound: Onboard Sound Card

All in game settings are Default

I'm also having this issue. I was able to hear the voices from the opening movie, but the scenes that do have voice acting in them are not playing for me. I've been searching all over to try and find information.

yeah i was never able to hear the voice acting.

All of a sudden I can't hear it in the opening movie now. Going to try and investigate more :/

Update: I went through and updated my drivers for the audio and I think that fixed it. I can hear voice in the opening movie and going to test it out in game.

I was able to hear the narration in the opening movie, but when the subtitles came on the screen went grey (but I could still see the subtitles). After watching the fist part of the opening movie like this it finally got to a point where it looked like the characters were talking but I didn't hear anything.

Anyone else see the grey screen when the subtitles come on?
