Can't select NA Servers?

Never had that problem with WoW, Rift, TERA, ARMA, Aion, etc. Try again because I've been around for many a launch and this hasn't happened. You must like paying money for things to get little-to-no use out of them.

It took me about 10 min to get my wife's character created and my own logged in... Not my fault you are too impatient to try again (and every one of those games had launch issues, FYI)

Can log my character on JP server but no NA server showing up to select? Problem?

If this happens, re-launch the game. the congestion can keep the list from loading.
