no pre-order code received

hi am I the only one who hasn't even received the pre-order code?

I bought the game in EU online store and in my pre-order purchase confirmation e-mail it says: "You don’t need to do anything now. We’ll email you again near the time that the Early Access starts with the next steps." however I never did receive another e-mail regarding pre-order.

Hey, same here dude. I got the game last night at 7pm GMT and didn't get a code with the confirmation email. It just says another one will be sent as yours states yet I've received nothing >.<

I'm in the same boat. Make sure that you have submitted a support ticket as I was advised by customer service in the UK when I telephoned them, that head office are the only ones able to send codes out for people missing them and they have a queue.

PS: they also advised that they cant guarantee the code before the 27th
