    Square-Enix sure knows how to flop FF games

    Seriously, this is pretty terrible. At this rate, how many people are having wall after wall of trouble. People refunding the game before its released, I don't see this game doing well. I really wanted to support this game but about all my MMO friends are already in the process of getting a refund for the game.

    It would be nice if Square-Enix had good customer support, because fans of these MMOs are the best community compared to other MMOs. I have seen no posts, nothing in regards to the countless issues that have been happening lately and I don't blame the people that are leaving. It just feels like we are getting cheated.

    I know this isn't a quite post for technical support, but who is going to take it down? There are no moderators.

    This reflects poorly on their logistics for supporting the high volume that is to be expected during initial releases and access to the game, not the game itself. While yes not having access when we should is a huge disappointment it doesn't speak for the game weather it will be a flop or not. The mechanics that caused 1.0 to flop have been fixed and once we have access it should be a good experience.

    on second though its a flop everyone stop trying to get your early access codes and reduce server load and maybe some of us will get theirs.

    You know it does suck that some people are not getting the information they're looking for but what can you do sometimes? You can only please so many people at one time. I wouldn't doubt that this is overwhelming.

    In reality, a lot of the people here are just as good at solving problems as any moderator through trial and error if you did some digging for your information. It might not be 'BLUE POST' good but it's good information nonetheless.

    I don't know about 'countless' issues since you're referring to none. But all I know of is Error 3/2 and they already said that some people have got buggy codes or something along those lines.

    Demanding things never works, they have jobs and we have lives. Early access is not the end of the world as we would still have our mog cap/minion inside the game waiting for our accounts. I'm sure everything will be addressed once the servers go up and half of the people are relieved they're inside the game and can stop speculating in these forums.

    oh they moderate they just don't do anything resembling customer support if its not an official reply they don't touch it for fear of what getting it wrong would bring up.

    the problem is Square enix sucks eggs at timely responses to issues its been this way the last 12 odd years.

    they would rather post after the fact and beg forgiveness than act during the issue and garner customer loyalty for being there when the **** hit the fan for fear they may say something out of turn.
