New Problem!!!

So I got the free copies in my xmb on playstation. Im one of many who somehow ended up with to service accounts. Final Fantasy XIV 1 and Final Fantasy XIV 2. My legacy account is on number 2 and 1 has been just there. When I start the launcher on the ps 3 it will only let me select Final Fantasy 1 for the pre order. The pre order items must went through from the original purchase but after I got a error I wasn't able to patch. When I look in the service accounts in account settings. It says two remaining in the early access. Any clue peeps?

that's the problem. The one I need doesn't show up and the one that is already canceled is showing up.

damn once mog station is up and running on the 27th it will be fixable till then it kinda sucks. you can always try linking it and see if you can select your character still.
