My girlfriend had just preordered from amazon, after receiving the code, we are getting an error 3. she would be devastated to not be able to participate in early access. if we could get some help on this, that would be wonderful.

"Till Sea Swallows All"
You just have to keep trying and hope it doesn't give you a code that isn't for your region, otherwise your f'd.
unfortunately, none of these were helpful![]()
"Till Sea Swallows All"
I had a friend who had preordered prior to the phase 4 open beta and he was entering his code for early access at the same time I was and he got in first try no issues. My code purchased now 5 hours ago still isn't working been trying pretty much nonstop. There is no official news on this error since the Wrong region codes were going out. I though don't see this as being an issue that would cause the game to flop, it will definitely pissing a lot of people but it isn't as game breaking as a terrible inventory, or laggy UI from 1.0
Most of you are very last minute... and a LOT of people are also very last minute.... this is why this is happening right now. Early Access registration code has been up since the 20th.
This is because most were not aware that legacy player =/= legacy status. The only way we knew was by running the launcher tonight and getting the message there's no active account.
Most thought that since they played in 2010 and had no issues joining the beta phases that they were all set for EA.
Major fail on the part of SE imo even if they did bury the "legacy status" rules on the old lodestone.
I knew I wasn't legacy status, but I didn't know that non-legacy 1.0 players didnt get free early access until tonight either. If I had I would have been registered back on the 20th. The process was a poor idea to begin with though.
Unable to register the pre-order code my friend purchased for me. I hope he is able to receive a refund.
Regardless of when an individual decides to use the pre-order code shouldn't matter, as long as that individual uses the code within the specified time frame. Faulting individuals for not attempting to put a code in sooner rather than later sounds a lot like immaturity and plain stupidity on your part Rootz. Individuals have spent money, and if the service promised isn't going to be provided then those individuals should be refunded if not given certain remedies for their troubles. My friend wasn't able to afford me the code until he returned home from personal issues, so your ignorance is rather insulting when you make blanket generalizations of "most of you are very last minute." Are you stating the obvious to be a child or just to annoy individuals?
