I have no idea why you've taken out the feature, but you're seriously making it difficult for on inconsistent connections to download the game/patches.

In beta 3, if you downloaded 3.5MB, you resumed from there. Now the patcher restarts the whole segment. Since this was available in beta 3 I can assume its just a patcher config setting someone changed on the backend.

Stuck on downloading the early access patch. Reach 500-700 MB, and the connection drops for 2 secs, now I have to start again from 0MB.

Possible fixes: I noticed that it deletes and recreates the whole /4e9a232b/patch folder everytime you restart the patcher. Maybe taking out this process in the patcher config will make it resume if it sees 500MB has already been downloaded.

I'd like to see a fix for this even if I find a workaround in the meantime. There will be future patches and I don't want to rely on unofficial sources for getting patches.
