    Not Giving Up! (PS3)

    First of all, this pertains to the PS3.

    I've tried for 3 days now getting a working code for PS3 Early Access/Items. I've submitted 2 support tickets, tried chat, even tried re-entering the 18 digit code over and over. It always gives me the same 12 digit code which DOES NOT WORK. Can we please, please get a dev response? Please? (And by 'we' I mean all the PS3 players that are having this problem)

    I just want my items! Thankfully, I'm legacy so I have early access already but I would be screwed if I weren't!

    picked up my pre order code from amazon.com via email and after a few tries managed to get through...and that's as far as I got. The PS3 code I was given by the SE website to enter into my PS3 was invalid. Now not being detered by that, I chose to try and use the phase 4 download access to get the game downloaded. While this did accomplish that goal, my troubles don't end there.

    Immediately upon signing into the game's patcher and before the patcher has a chance to patch, I get the "no valid service" error. I've yet to receive a response to the 2 tickets I've submitted beyond the automated response that the ticket being entered successfully.

    I get the feeling I won't be attending early access considering it starts in less than 2 hours.

    Don't give up! The support site says they'll be open for the weekend because they're expecting a high volume haha. Again, I just wish they would acknowledge this particular issue. Not Error 3, not PSN preorders, not invalid PC codes, but invalid PS3 codes purchased from retailers.

    For those who ordered from Amazon:

    I ordered from Amazon and got an invalid code. By ordering a second copy I got an email with a second code that did work and then I canceled the order that got me the invalid code.

    Once you confirm you have a code, cancel your first order, just in case your code would be invalidated later if you cancel the second order that got you your valid code.

    If you get nothing, you can cancel your second order to preserve your rights to pursue a valid code by other means.
