    Ordered PC version, but pre-order code works for PS3 version.

    As mentioned in the title, I pre ordered the game for the PC, but when I input the code and choose PC, I got the "error 3: there was a problem. please try again later". Then for the heck of it, I chose PS3 and confirmed. Strangely, it gave me a success message and a Playstation promotion code.

    Am I stuck with the PS3 version now then?

    For early access, yes I think so

    Error 3 is the general error and if you retry a few times it might have worked, which is why it worked for PS3 when you picked that

    This unfortunately is something that we can't confirm if the customer support will be able to help you with. This is unfortunately your own responsibility when it comes to picking the platform you aim to play on. If you used the search feature of the forums, you would have found others who have had this problem and what people like myself have recommended they do.

    You're actually fine! You can still play early access on the PC even though you used it for the PS3! I'll find the Bayohne post for you in a second.

    I did the same thing. I checked the PC client and the patcher will not recognize that I have a valid service account, so I'm not sure what Bayohne is saying is true. I'm also a version 1.0 player.
