    Just fair warning, not sure if this is your issue, but take a look at this:

    *IF* it is, I've been told in yet another forum thread that people are getting refunds and re-buying the game/getting new codes.

    It might be worth a try before you give up... If you decide to run by Gamestop to get a physical copy, be warned that they might be out of codes. They may have some "back up" codes still, but you have to specially ask for them or they don't give them out.

    @Yamisniper The thing is, I watch their Twitter every day, I keep updated on everything, they fix one problem, but it creates another problem, for example, they said they fixed the "Error 3" messages, but all they really did is alter some codes with turned into PC Players getting PS3 codes. I pre-ordered this game on August 19th, I have been spamming the code ever since I did, I even tried the PS3 option, still didn't work, but as soon as they fixed that error, my PC Code was now a PS3 code, I don't own a PS3 so from my point of view, with no communication and lack of customer support, I just got robbed, I am not happy with this company, unless they sort out this problem by 2am, or when I wake up, consider me gone.

    all the code is is early access thats it FUck go pre order offen amazon get a new code quick then cancel it after you redeem it .

    you didnt pay EXTRA for early access your the first person ive hear dof gettign a ps3 code by accendent there was 2 links you click to chose what code you got

    Yes, but I did pay for this game, I have been through every bullshit error that SE has thrown at us, so as a paying customer, I expect these errors to be fixed right away, not in a couple days. As for the PS3 code, I wasn't an accident, I paid for a PC code, therefore that code I entered in, should NOT work for the PS3 button, only the PC, therefore SE has fucked something up royaly, and not communicating about it is going to cause customers to quit and another one of their games to flop.

    After they fixed the inital error 3 issue I got an NA PC code without issue. I don't know why people are waiting until 2:45 AM EST to try and get their codes. Had you tried earlier and had a problem while they were open you could have at least attempted an online chat or phone call. For reference, I also got an EU code prior to my proper NA code and they sent me an e-mail a few hours after updating twitter acknowledging it (but I already had an NA PC code so didn't need to try again).

    Also, yeah Early access was just a bonus for pre-ordering. No one paid any extra, it was just an incentive to order earlier. Its like the people who complained about 3102 during a beta. And yes, I was hit with it for over 24 hours. I was upset and wanted to play, but thats what testing in a beta is for. All new games have bugs and glitches on/during release (MMOs or any form of online game. Just ask Sim City) so really, if people want to threaten a company that they're going to cancel pre-orders over it, by all means. The NA regional support center isn't going to be up at this time of night as its nearly midnight PST and they close I believe at 8PM over there. So if you are expecting assistance at this time, the only thing you'll get is fellow players or maybe a graveyard shift community rep like Bayhone or NOC, but I find that extremely doubtful. Just keep trying to enter your code and see what happens, all I can say.

    Edit The PC code and PS3 code you enter to redeem are the same. My uncle is playing on PS3 and I had to help him. The registration code you receive is what is different.

    I wasn't waiting till "2:45am" I have been trying since August 19th, and my job stops me from trying during the day. As for the 3102, I was one of those 40+ hour people.

    i can attest to the same issue of purchasing the game for PC and then being sent a PS3 code after 6 hours of getting error code 3 and it finally going through to give me a PS3 code.

    The reason is because most of the people in this situation are legacy players from day 1 in sept 2010 that didn't realize we were not "Legacy Status". We didn't realize you need 90 days paid for this until we ran the launcher tonight and got the message that there is no active service account. At that point all the NA support is offline and so then we go and pre-order to get a code. Much to our surprise SE has failed again and the pre-order page doesn't even have a queue setup to handle logins when the web traffic gets too high so you have hundreds of people getting error code 3 and 502 bad gateway errors because SE was not prepared. The 3102 issues from phase 4 should have turned on some light bulbs but no. Beyond all that if you're going to have a massive head start launch you better have support available for 24 hours before.

    Cancelling the order and rebuying it worked for me. The issue now is seeing if the refund goes through, but according to their site, they didn't collect anything. My Card statements corroborate this
