    After they fixed the inital error 3 issue I got an NA PC code without issue. I don't know why people are waiting until 2:45 AM EST to try and get their codes. Had you tried earlier and had a problem while they were open you could have at least attempted an online chat or phone call. For reference, I also got an EU code prior to my proper NA code and they sent me an e-mail a few hours after updating twitter acknowledging it (but I already had an NA PC code so didn't need to try again).

    Also, yeah Early access was just a bonus for pre-ordering. No one paid any extra, it was just an incentive to order earlier. Its like the people who complained about 3102 during a beta. And yes, I was hit with it for over 24 hours. I was upset and wanted to play, but thats what testing in a beta is for. All new games have bugs and glitches on/during release (MMOs or any form of online game. Just ask Sim City) so really, if people want to threaten a company that they're going to cancel pre-orders over it, by all means. The NA regional support center isn't going to be up at this time of night as its nearly midnight PST and they close I believe at 8PM over there. So if you are expecting assistance at this time, the only thing you'll get is fellow players or maybe a graveyard shift community rep like Bayhone or NOC, but I find that extremely doubtful. Just keep trying to enter your code and see what happens, all I can say.

    Edit The PC code and PS3 code you enter to redeem are the same. My uncle is playing on PS3 and I had to help him. The registration code you receive is what is different.

    I wasn't waiting till "2:45am" I have been trying since August 19th, and my job stops me from trying during the day. As for the 3102, I was one of those 40+ hour people.

    The reason is because most of the people in this situation are legacy players from day 1 in sept 2010 that didn't realize we were not "Legacy Status". We didn't realize you need 90 days paid for this until we ran the launcher tonight and got the message that there is no active service account. At that point all the NA support is offline and so then we go and pre-order to get a code. Much to our surprise SE has failed again and the pre-order page doesn't even have a queue setup to handle logins when the web traffic gets too high so you have hundreds of people getting error code 3 and 502 bad gateway errors because SE was not prepared. The 3102 issues from phase 4 should have turned on some light bulbs but no. Beyond all that if you're going to have a massive head start launch you better have support available for 24 hours before.
