Simple: still haven't received my early access code (EU)

I pre-ordered the game last night at around 01.00 am and haven't received an early access code so far. Judging from the forums I'm obviously not the only one, meaning the codes are not sent automatically upon completion of purchasing the game.

Since nothing stopped me from pre-ordering the game so I could get into the promised EA, will there be compensation for those who don't receive their EA keys in time for the actual EA?

If you (SE) are not able to provide the services you offer in return for pre-ordering, take the option to pre-order offline because as it is right now you're simply scamming people (not delivering what is paid for).

So ye, my normal question would be "when can I expect to receive my early access key?" but the more sensible one would be "what compensation will customers get for not having been able to participate in the EA?". Answering either one'll make me kind of happy.

should be your bonus code which they would of emailed u when u brought from their website. need to register that to get your early access code.

Below this is my receipt on which there are no numbers either. The e-mail as shown above states I need to sit still and wait for another e-mail, which is the case for every EU player.

That part... I never got another mail from SE after that one. I got my pre-order code from amazon and i found the site to register it myself. Checked all junk-filters, but i never "heard" of them again

i'm going to assume you've used hotmail; because a few of my friends got their keys instantly using gmail and i have no sign of a key on my hotmail - i guess i should've foreseen it and just switched to my gmail.

I also received a European code and if I try to create an account on psn and European cadastar the redeem code it??

got the same thing still waiting for the mail and since the support does not respond in the weekend this is gonna be a loooong weekend without playing
