    Free Company Creation Quesiton

    I understand that in order to create a Free Company, I need 15,000 gil and three other players.

    Do we all need to be level 25 and does everyone have to have joined a Grand Company first?

    In order to get to level 25, you would have needed to join a Grand Company. All members who sign the petition would need to be level 25 or higher.
