Ordered two copies of game, got one code

Hi the other day I pre-ordered two copies of FFXIV:AAR for me and my brother, the following day I was emailed my early access codes. Only there was just one code, It's been a few days since then and I've opened a number of tickets that result in my enquiry unanswered, they just say they're still sending out the codes and I should have it in 24 - 36 hours, it's been, as I said a number of days and I'd think if I'd already received one code the other should follow shortly. But it hasn't. Has anyone else had this problem I'm all out of ideas. Cheers.

There are many people with code problems at this current time. From what I have read the codes are still being distributed through email... Try calling SE and see if they can fix the issue.

I would've thought that if I'd already been sent one code, the second wouldn't be too far off right? cept it's never come. also whenever I go to contact support the only option is email.

Say's "The order number was not found" with both purchases, when i try put in my email and last 5 digits it goes to the TERA online page? wtf....

You definitely want to contact who you purchased it from. They might do the same mistake for your registration key.

I purchased it directly from SE on their store, and have contacted them multiple times to just get some nonsensical answer. It's got me real worried considering it's not even a third party problem.
