Seriously though I can understand the intentions for these restrictions but it's just TOO restrictive. I am just keeping hopes up that this is just for EA until a little while into release to relieve congestion.

Problem does exist, and did exist on the alpha and beta forums, and existed in the 1.0 forums. Back in 1.0 there were hundreds of people that kept trolling the forums during the pay to play part that had no active service accounts and didn't want to play the game yet harassed people all over the forums, so everyone can thank those kind of people, plus the hundreds of trolls over at the alpha and beta forums for both a post count character limit and thread + post cap per day.
