What happen? It's the same [11006][20641][20643] problem since alpha test where the file is broken and update patch never complete. I know it's not quite server side problem since my friend can download it easily. But I can't pay for the game that I need to copy the game data file from my friend every time the patch is updated. While my internet is good as a hi-speed docsis cable and it can be used every day without a problem. I can patch the PSO2 from Japan without a single retry.

Why is this happend? I don't know. The dev in alpha said to delete the broken patch file which fail to hash check in my game/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn folder and try download again to fix the problem.

In beta the launcher, it has been updated so it delete the problem file itself after hash check is failed. But that's not fix the problem. all I can do is just download it again and again until it pass. There's no different in disabling anti-virus and firewall or delete the downloaded folder. Just try again. I accept that's alpha and beta test so there must be some problem (I always report this problem but there's no answer from the dev, Just people suggest DIY method to fix this). And now it's the release and I don't think it's OK anymore.

What do I need? There many way to fix this, It's up to the dev. Maybe fix the launcher to have a normal downloading method like other game? that will solve all the problem. or just post some mirror of manual patch? that's going to be problem with some pure user who never done that will have to learn how to do it. But that's definitely better than let the player upload the full client to bittorrent and share among ourself like this http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...2823-8-2013%29.
