I don't see where to send a comment to SE, so I'll just post it here.

Please change gathering in a party, as is its semi-useless. Instead of sharing gather attempts at a node we should get the full number for each individual in the party. In its current state its nearly impossible to get someone to gather in a party. The SP gain is nice, but the reduction in attempts (and therefore mats gathered) seems to be a massive turn off.
