Yup and no where does it actually state any legit information, only speculation.

It's not speculation, it was in the b4 patch notes on the now wiped forums. In short the answer is yes.

*The sidequest "A Relic Reborn" will be available after the start of official service.

*Job quests will be available after the start of official service.

I am guessing Relic quest will be in for Early Release.

Yes.. that was written very confusing.. They say "All character's will carry over to official release" indicating Early Access= Official Release,

Yoshi even stated in a letter it would not be available until official release. You didn't even try to look did you?

It's the quest you undertake to unlock your job specific relic weapons.

It's the quest you undertake to unlock your job specific relic weapons.

Relic weapons and their +1 upgrades are, as far as everyone knows, the best weapons in the game. They get the name relic because they're supposed to be ancient long lost recipes or something along those lines. There is a long quest called A Relic Reborn that takes you on the path to obtaining a single weapon. You can get each weapon for each class, but expect to be doing it for a long time ^_^
