Ordered PC version, but pre-order code works for PS3 version.

As mentioned in the title, I pre ordered the game for the PC, but when I input the code and choose PC, I got the "error 3: there was a problem. please try again later". Then for the heck of it, I chose PS3 and confirmed. Strangely, it gave me a success message and a Playstation promotion code.

Am I stuck with the PS3 version now then?

I did the same thing. I checked the PC client and the patcher will not recognize that I have a valid service account, so I'm not sure what Bayohne is saying is true. I'm also a version 1.0 player.
