Standard 1.0 players with ARR Collectors Edition

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anybody heard if they made any changes in regards to SE 1.0 players that are purchasing a collectors edition in regards to getting the in-game items. I thought I read somewhere that somebody said that SE had made changes to the policy, but I have never heard anything official. I was hoping that they would let you use the CE code to upgrade your account from a standard to a CE account. I appreciate any info you guys can give me.

It's the same as it was before. You can't apply a second PC code to your account if you already have one. So your only options are the digital upgrade on release or the PS3 CE.

Actually, I spoke with them directly, and from what the support rep said. The items are a different code that the game comes with that you can use. So Unless they completely lied to me. Then even if you bought the PC edition you can still get access to your items

Thanks for the Info! I hope it's true. if not, it's not a big deal. I just rather not have to pay another $20.00 for the upgrade.

Nope, items are tied to the game code. We've had official response on it. I'll see if I can find it, may have been on the beta forums though. Which means going to be an issue finding it.

Thing is, support has been known to have the wrong information. They're not lying per say because they don't actually know, this has been confirmed by the mods.

4th question in that post. You only get one code in the box, the items are included with the game code.
