I am hopefully trying to start a Linkshell on Diabolos server for the sake of chatting within the LGBT+ community. I did not seeing anything that was -only- Linkshell and didn't include Free Company too.

So here we go~

In what context do you end up telling people on a video game your sexual orientation?

In everyday chat saying things like "Yeah I like that movie! I went to see it with my wife." or "My boyfriend plays this game too."

I will note, since it's not listed anywhere, Tonberry Knights has expanded, we now run two linkshells: The Honeybee Inn. This is our adults only LS with open membership. And the Tonberry Knights of the Round, which is dedicated to endgame and you must apply on our site.

I'm not saying this as an anti LGBT advocate in fact just the opposite; I think it's sad that LGBT's have to resort to segregating themselves away from everyone else to enjoy the game in a group. Honestly I've never thought once to ask anyone I've encountered what their sexual orientation is because...... why the f*** should I care... it's a video game!

there are many immature people that use homophobic slurs as standard everyday speech. some of us do not want to be disparaged in this way. Also, some of us would like to be able to talk about our lives like every other person does and not have to deal with people's judgements. so rather than force people to accept us who don't, why not just associate with people who are not going to disparage each other. I don't want someone to feel like i'm forcing them to accept me, and vice versa I don't want to be forced to accept someone else's negative view of me. And it's just a game. lets just have fun.
