Okay I am so confused on this EA problem right now. I been in Beta 2 and 4 ( Was out for 3 on holiday ...)

I got this E-mail back on July 15th when I pre-ordered FF XIV: ARR

Product SKU: ####
Product Name: FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD] (Pre-Ordered)
Anticipated Released Date: August 27, 2013
Qty Ordered: 1
Amount: $29.99

It came with two things an order # and a SKU #. It never came with a EA Code, I never got another e-mail or anything like that. But I bought this from the North American SQUARE ENIX Store. And now I get the lovely ...

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

Am I basically screwed for Early Access?

And before I have to repeat myself I went through my entire Gmail account that has every e-mail since I created it and still see no second e-mail also ...

Exact same problem. Same email, no details on Early Access code whatsoever. No pre-order code or serial code. And there seems to be zero response from Square Enix on the topic of us who haven't received codes at all from them.

You should have a 6-3-6-3 code. Enter that at http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and THEN you will recieve the other code

Just got off of the phone with them. They said all they can do is send it to their "Escalation Team," and it'll take 24-72 hours to even get to it. :-\

Found Out when I bought it, it did not come with Early Access so I had to cancel the order and then rebuy it. Kind of stupid if you ask me.
