How to validate if PSN preorder is all set?

I preorder my collectors edition last night on my PSN and it downloaded and installed the client, however since I never got a code or anything and I see a lot of issues with PSN purchases I want to know how to make sure mine will work in a few hrs.

After download I also installed and this morning it updated the client, but how can I see if I'm all set or I need to worry?

I'm also very intrigued as to how in the world does it recognize I purchased collectors and not normal versión?

Also asking this since I need to set up my wife's account with my physical pre order so I wan't to make sure mine is working beforehand.

If you are all set, when you launch the client and log in with your password, it will show a message instead of "play" that "please wait until early access". If you are not seeing that, you are missing something. And to verify you have the CE version, the items show up as you are registering, but you can go Account management-transaction management-services list. It should show FFXIV collectors edition pack and FFXIV early access.
