    Disappointing, as I really like buffing random people - but being able to resurrect and/or heal isn't a bad second, and that was at least possible as of the open beta weekend I think.

    Yeah i know 100% you can res and heal out of party players. I am not 100% sure on casting shell or other buffs on them.
