EB Games(Aus) Early Access?

I pre-ordered the game from EB Games in-store, and I completely forgot about early access until this morning. I went to go find out about the early access code, and they were also wondering about it to. Does anyone else have this problem?

Nope, but there are two things you can do. On your receipt, it'll have a number you can call. They can send you your early access code via email. Or, you can go to a shop with the receipt and they should be able to give you a piece of pretty cardboard with some pictures of the bonus items, game information and an early access code on it.

They don't have any of that. And since it's saturday, their support isn't around to help.

got mine from game stop last saturday day then come home to find out i didn't have my code when got home went back Monday with ticket and ask about it and got a backup code for it , id ask again with ticket they should print a backup code for it if ur on file

Hey buddy I did the exact same thing a few weeks ago but luckily I have a friend that works at ebgames and he told me to ring ebgames support line and they will verify you bought it and send you a 18 digit code. best of luck mate!

im also aus not sure if i need a EU or NA code would any other aussies mind telling what region your accounts r in pls

I found out that if you don't ask them to put the backup code on your receipt they can miss it and not give it to you. Go back to the store where you bought it and ask them to add a backup code. The salesman will need to look around for the sheet telling them to do it and not every store is so on the ball. I found that out in my city where we have 3 and only one knew about the code. The first run of codes ran out and they are going off the backup code right now. Keep at it and I'm sure you will succeed.

I called the other store that's close to me, and they've ran out and weren't given any backup code. I just hope support on monday can help me.

EDIT: I phoned a store further out and they had some codes left. Thanks for that.
EDIT2: Turned out to be a PS3 code. Called another store, and they said they'll call the store I pre-ordered from and tell them what they're supposed to have.
