What do you mean grace period? So like you said, 27th to 30th I can use up the grace period b4 I enter key?

The grace period is the time where you can continue to play the game without having to enter the code you get with your game. They're giving a 3 day grace period to make sure everyone gets their games if they bought it online. After the 30th, you will not be able to play the game without entering a code.
