    Incorrect or no longer valid Pre-Order Code

    After the whole error 3 snafu, I was able to register the game and receive my pre-order code. However, when I i tried to redeem the code on PS3... I got a prompt:

    "The code you entered may not be correct or no longer be valid.
    Please check your entries."

    I already submitted a ticket and got a ticket #. I am hoping to have this resolved before early access. Anyone else having the same issue?

    HOw do I know the code is for the wrong region? This is getting very ridiculous.

    20 digit codes start with one of two sets of letters.

    RAAU = NA code
    RAAE = EU code

    Just saw this is for PS3. Those are for the 20 digit PC codes. Not sure how the PS3 codes differ.

    So I'm getting this prompt when I redeem the code through PS3....

    But I still tried to log into the client, the launcher got updated, some policy needed to be accepted... then I got to the play button, when I click it... I get no valid or active service account. Is that because I haven't successfully redeemed the code yet?

    It sounds likely.

    Redeem at:

    ・PS3 system [XMB(X Media Bar)] → [Account Management] → [Redeem Codes]
    ・PS3 system [XMB(X Media Bar)] →[PlayStation®Store]→[Redeem Codes]

    I may have misunderstood though. If you've already redeemed I've heard that you will get an error untl early access if live, but don't quote me.

    That what I did.. and got this instead "The code you entered may not be correct or no longer be valid."

    Then. I tried to log in to the client (even though I have not successfully redeemed the pre-order code) and got this too "no valid or active service account"

    I would try and wait for live chat or call, there are people that have been waiting for a response for weeks now. I am sure SE is doing everything they can to get support to everyone, but to make sure you get into EA, I would do live chat or call. IMO
