Collector's Edition Bonuses Not Received

When inputting my registration code into my Square Enix account the only bonuses items listed are the bonus items from the pre-order version not the collector's edition. Which are the moogle cap and the cat-sith doll. I contacted game stop to ask if the codes were different for the collector's edition and they said no I had to contact Square Enix. Will I be able to receive my extra in game bonuses for the Collector's Edition or should I seek a refund?

The registration code that comes with the physical game is different than the preorder/early access code and that will give you your CE items. The gamestop employee was not wrong in that the early access code rewards are the same no matter what version you order. You just have to wait on the box that has the game disk and final registration code.

I don't think we get the CE extras until August 27th when the game actually releases. Those items (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth minion, etc) were never mentioned as part of the pre-order deal; just as part of the Collector's Edition content.

The codes are different you will get them with the hard copy of the game.
