I am a Legacy player cant login in says invalid account or inactive service wth they told us we had to do nothing and needless to say cant play is soe fixing this or whats going on

Legacy, still cant log in, no email nothing... and my friend is having the issue on ps3 were its saying no account but he did his codes etc
