Yeah sadly still doesn't make everyone eligible for Legacy. Had to pay for 90days after and only after Jan 6 2012 and before 2.0.I am also having this same issue... My account was current during that time and I am unable to log in to the FFXIV:ARR because I have "no valid service account"
I really don't understand what I did wrong? I have had my account since 2010 when I got the collector's edition on day one!
So. I had to format my PC a few days ago, no installer for the PC, no way to get it since the beta forums are down. I pre-orderded 1.0, I'm Legacy, I'm CE, I played in all beta's... There is no way for me to get into the early access despite everything. I installed the beta on my ps3 and i'm receiving the no service account error. I had my friend send me the installer for phase 4 and receive an error
"An error has occured in the script on this page"

do you want to continue running scripts on this page
yes or no
no matter what I hat when i try to acced the EULA the next button cannot be pressed.
Excuse my grammar and spelling, sorta livid atm.
I am almost certain I paid for 90 days of service, I canceled my account sometime in may
Yes, I was legacy before servers went down, during beta, its next to my service account, and square enix support happens to be on weekend during this whole little thing.
Happened to me too, I'm going to follow your thread as suggested
Is there somewhere to download the client? they should have that available to everyone, not like you can play the game without a service account anyway lol. I have this itching feeling that my installer is just bad since its messing up the script to accept the EULA
Edon, it looks like you and I might have the same issue. Check that out.
