And I do appreciate that. But don't put the pressure on yourself, it's all Square-Enix problem and mine.

It's a long shot, but try canceling your FFXIV service that is listed. Then relog and see if it'll let you choose between two accounts. I don't think it'll harm your accounts in any way, but the worst that could probably happen is that you'd lose your progress from phase 4 on your beta account.

As for what the other player wrote, we are experiencing a different problem. I'm not too concerned about my Account being used for the game itself, as the first problem I encounter is the lack of Legacy Status. It would mean I don't get access to EA, hence getting the error of no Active Service Account ... it would make sense. What I'm talking about in this thread is that I should have EA + Legacy Status, while I got none of these
