    I have the exact same problem (Purchased from SE store on 7/14).

    It is literally impossible to reach SE chat and phone support (phone is busy and chat gives error you show in picture). Why on earth did they wait until just a few days before early access to open the registration site? This should have been open for weeks to have time to sort through all these issues.

    I tried again after the twitter response, but still getting same error.

    Update

    lol...cancelled order, reordered, now it is error 3.

    You'd think the newer codes wouldn't have this problem.
